Lillian Laitman-McAnally, BA, MPS, CQIA

Lillian Laitman-McAnally received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature (1993) and is a graduate of The George Washington University (2015) where she received a Master of Professional Studies in Publishing (track: Technology).

Lillian's career spans nearly 25 years in the professional publishing industry, where she has held roles as: acquisitions editor, senior editor, and content development manager for companies such as: Charisma Media, Atkins NA, the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Deloitte Touche, and the American Society for Quality (ASQ). She served as managing editor for the NAVC's Today's Veterinary Practice and Today's Veterinary Nurse, which are peer-reviewed medical journals. Currently, Lillian is managing editor for Quality Press (ASQ) books group and serves as chief editor of PetZONE360's e-newsletter.

Lillian wrote and self-published her first book, Suit Up: Empowered with Purpose (2020) and is currently working on companion materials (release in 2024). She is also publishing a book to help independent authors who need a jump start to write a book: Publishing Playbook: A Guide for Self-Published Authors.
